5. Competitor terms (CRANK Boulder)

6. Exhibitor terms

7. Code of conduct

We aim to deliver the event as advertised, but reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue where necessary. Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual property
All content on the site — logos, text, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

12. Governing law
